Kelly Blue Book retained the services of Venator Partners to recruit a new Vice President of Product for kbb.com, the leading Consumer Automotive Website. Although I have worked with numerous recruiters over the course of my executive career, I have never before experienced the level of professionalism and competency exhibited by Randy Bogue of Venator Partners. Randy spent considerable time working with my team to properly structure the role description and carefully determine the required qualifications. He then developed a slate of candidates who were clearly all qualified and did considerable vetting to determine their relative strengths.
