Venator Partners uses our time-tested 10 STEP process. Our process is both comprehensive in its scope and disciplined in its execution. To fully execute a process of this scope requires a significant commitment of our time and resources. We seek clients that value that commitment and are committed to working with us as well.
- Develop an understanding of the CLIENT, its products, services, management, financials, and position description.
- Provide consultation to the CLIENT regarding: compensation, qualifications, planning, geographic location, defining position objectives.
- Prepare job specification and compelling messaging to market the search.
- Research and identify prospective candidates from internal database, external information resources and network of industry contacts.
- Contact prospective candidates, “sell” the opportunity or solicit names of additional prospective candidates.
- Obtain resumes of interested candidates.
- Interview candidates and assess their prior performance, qualifications, fit, and interest level in the opportunity.
- Provide the CLIENT with candidate information for candidates determined to be of strong quality and fit.
- Assist client in managing and driving the interviewing and reference checking process.
- Assist client in extending the offer and closing the winning candidate.
