  1. Develop an understanding of the CLIENT, its products, services, management, financials, and position description.
  2. Provide consultation to the CLIENT regarding: compensation, qualifications, planning, geographic location, defining position objectives.
  3. Prepare job specification and compelling messaging to market the search.
  4. Research and identify prospective candidates from internal database, external information resources and network of industry contacts.
  5. Contact prospective candidates, “sell” the opportunity or solicit names of additional prospective candidates.
  6. Obtain resumes of interested candidates.
  7. Interview candidates and assess their prior performance, qualifications, fit, and interest level in the opportunity.
  8. Provide the CLIENT with candidate information for candidates determined to be of strong quality and fit.
  9. Assist client in managing and driving the interviewing and reference checking process.
  10. Assist client in extending the offer and closing the winning candidate.
