Andrew is an accomplished executive search professional with a broad range of expertise in information technology in both the government and commercial markets. His primary focus is helping companies large and small break into or expand in the government market. Having entered the search profession in 1993, Andrew has completed assignments in all functions at all levels for clients throughout North America and Europe. He began his career in Central/Eastern Europe, where he helped found one of the first search firms in the Czech Republic, aiding the entry of multinational companies into an emerging region. He then joined Heidrick & Struggles, working both in Europe and the US (Boston and Washington DC). As a member of the Technology Practice, Andrew was the Associate Head of the Software Specialty Practice worldwide. He later spent time on the venture capital side, managing executive recruitment for the Optical Capital Group, and prior to joining Venator was a Partner with Austin McGregor Executive Search, leading their government sector efforts. Andrew is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from the London Business School.
